PURPOSE: A method for managing health of mountaineering members through a customized mountaineering program through the Internet is provided to perform mountaineering with a guider after grouping the members of similar strength by offering the mountaineering program customized to the member, and manage mountaineering data by analyzing/recording/storing the mountaineering data after the mountaineering. CONSTITUTION: After connecting to a server, the member inputs a health examination schedule by selecting a health examination center. A health consultant group receives a health examination result and presents the customized mountaineering program fit to the health examination result to the member. The member makes a reservation for the customized mountaineering program. After performing the mountaineering with the guider, the guider provides a mountaineering result to the server. The schedule for the next mountaineering/health examination is informed to the member through the Internet or the wired/wireless communication network.
