A service supporting server supports service operation for a customer; and a terminal which can communicate with the service supporting server, wherein: the terminal comprises: a display part displaying a questionnaire; an inputting part for causing a customer to input for the questionnaire; and a questionnaire transmission part transmitting the thus-filled questionnaire to the service supporting server, and the service supporting server comprises a filled questionnaire analysis part analyzing the received filled questionnaire.
