<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and conveniently usable syringe for blood sampling capable of storing a blood sampling needle in a syringe cylinder by easy and safe operation after collecting the blood. <P>SOLUTION: The syringe for blood sampling comprises a hollow cylinder on the upper face of which a needle piercing part is integrally formed, an inner sleeve wherein a protruded fixed seat is integrally formed at a position corresponding to the needle piercing part of the cylinder, and the lower end is made as an opening face and which is slidably disposed in the cylinder, a needle unit composed of an upper needle, a lower needle, and a joint connecting the upper and lower needles, and disposed on the protruded fixed seat of the inner sleeve so as the lower needle to be positioned in the cylinder. An arcuate guide groove is formed on the side wall of the cylinder. Positioning grooves are formed respectively in the upper end and the lower end of the guide groove.
