The cover is made of a thin durable synthetic material preventing germs or other contaminating substances to get in contact with the instrument. The tip of the cover is transparent either like a miniature glass pane or an optical lens. The asymmetrical cross section of the cover facilitates the convenient accommodation of the tubes used for the insertion and removal of air and rinsing fluids. At least one duct must be made of a more rigid material in order to allow the insertion of a tool or to resist the forces of suction.
