PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the washing of blankets of a slightly larger size by placing large clothes such as blankets into a spinning tub without being put into a washing net and eliminate uneven washing by making the washing water discharged from a delivery port directly hit the blankets while rotating them. SOLUTION: A pulsator 2 is rotatably installed on the bottom part of the spinning tub 17 while a fluid balancer 8 is disposed at the upper part thereof and a forced circulation water path 30 is formed to near the fluid balancer 8 from a pump chamber 11 formed on the outer circumference of the lower blade 10 of the pulsator 2. A porous element 15 is mounted above the pulsator 2 being dynamically separated from the pulsator 2. The forced circulation water path 30 is provided with the first delivery port 31 which discharges the washing water from the top part of the spinning tub 17 and the second delivery port 32 positioned below the first delivery port 31. The flow of water formed by the reversed rotation of the pulsator 2 is turned to the flow that allows the clothes placed on the top part of the porous element 15 to make at least one or more rotation horizontally within the washing time.
