PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform bi-directional conveyance of forward direction and backward direction of a conveying vehicle with a single drive source and a simple power transmission mechanism. SOLUTION: The conveyance system is provided with a drive bevel gear 94 rotating under the action of a motor, a first driven bevel gear 72 and a second driven bevel gear 74 meshing with the drive bevel gear 94 and opposing each other. A first drive sprocket 36 circularly drives an annular chain 30 for a horizontal conveying by integrally rotating with the first driven bevel gear 72. A second drive sprocket 37 circularly drives an annular chain 33 for horizontal conveying by integrally rotating with the second driven bevel gear 74. The rotating directions in the driven bevel gear 72 and the second driven bevel gear 74 become reverse each other, and the circulation directions become reverse in the annular chain 30 for the horizontal conveying and the annular chain 33 for the horizontal conveying.
