PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for routing voice data which can transmit voice data without delay times, in which there is no delay time for the voice data, and which can make high-quality voice speech of further high quality. SOLUTION: The device for routing voice data connects an ISDN network or a leased line with an Ethernet (R) LAN. It is constituted, having voice gateway devices 1a, 2a, which are connected one-to-one with the voice data routing device with the ISDN network or the leased line and which have a plurality of analog telephone ports, and a gate keeper device, which is connected to the Ethernet LAN 4 and which executes relaying and controlling of voice signalling data. Here, plural pairs of the voice gateway devices and the voice data routing devices are housed, and calls can be made between arbitrary PBXs which are to be stored in the voice gateway devices 1a, 2a or between the telephones.
