PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a port of a body fluid treater causing no twist in a circuit tube to prevent a tube where the body fluids are circulated from being bent, and a body fluid treater. SOLUTION: In this port of the body fluid treater, a body fluid inflow/outflow port 4 and a connecting member 6 having a screw member 7 formed on the inner surface are formed as a separate part, and the connecting member 6 is mounted rotatably in the outer periphery of the body fluid inflow/outflow port 4. The outer peripheral part of the body fluid inflow/outflow port 4 is formed to be tapered, a locking part 5 is formed on the outer peripheral part, and a flange 8 locked on the locking part 5 is formed on the bottom of the connecting member 6.
