PURPOSE: A device for fusing a flash memory using a DA(Device Access)-bus of a transmission system and a controlling method thereof are provided to maximally use a memory space of a lower device control board without installing the unnecessary memory space and a fusing application program to the lower device control board. CONSTITUTION: The device control board(4) is equipped with a DA-bus interface(10) interfacing the data transmitted/received through the DA-bus(3) connecting the boards inside the transmission system, and the flash memory(5). A processor board(6) directly controls the fusion of the flash memory by loading an embedded flash fusing application program through the DA-bus interface of the device control board passing the DA-bus.
