PURPOSE: A method for outputting sound data by using an ear-microphone in a mobile communication terminal is provided to enable a mobile communication terminal to output sound data to a speaker of an ear-microphone if a call is received or an alarm is generated, so that a user can recognize the call through the ear-microphone without disturbing other people. CONSTITUTION: A controller decides whether an ear-microphone is connected(300). If so, the controller senses that a microphone and a speaker of the ear-microphone are connected with a voice processor of a mobile communication terminal through the first and second switches. The controller decides whether a call is received(302). If so, the controller outputs a bell sound in accordance with a received call request signal to the speaker(304). The controller decides whether a call connection request is generated(306). If so, the controller connects the call(308). If the call is connected, the controller makes the call through the speaker and the microphone of the ear-microphone(310). The controller decides whether the call is terminated(312). If so, the controller completes the procedure.
