<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyword extraction system for extracting keywords based on the level of the strong concerns of a consumer from among keywords inputted by the consumer. <P>SOLUTION: A keyword inputted by using consumer systems 8a, 8b and 8c by a consumer and the number of times of input of the keyword(keyword data) are stored in a Web server 6. In this keyword extracting system, the keyword data stored in the Web server 6 are acquired through a communication control part 24 in each predetermined period, and stored in a keyword data storing part 22. Then, a difference between the number of times of input of the keyword in the latest predetermined period and the minimum value of the number of times of input of the keyword in the past predetermined period is calculated, and the keywords are extracted in the order of the larger difference value (in the order of the level of the strong concerns of the consumer).
