<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sublingually-absorbable skin care food improved by solving such problems that conventional skin care foods are merely ingested as a granule or liquid preparation, and therefore their components are easily denatured in the digestive tract, such as the stomach and the bowel, and further internal absorption of the components takes a long time. <P>SOLUTION: This sublingually-absorbable skin care food is given by adding the skin care components to a troche, a lozenge or a gum.
