The invention relates to a door (8) which is intended to be positioned between the cockpit and the cabin of an aircraft, said door comprising a cockpit side (8a) and a cabin side (8b). According to the invention, the door comprises at least one flap (22) which is designed (i) to seal a passage (20) through the door and (ii) to be opened towards the cabin side. The inventive door also comprises a flap-locking/unlocking mechanism (30) which is disposed on the cockpit side and which is designed to unlock the flap automatically when the different between the cockpit pressure and the cabin pressure, i.e. the air pressure being applied against the cockpit side and the cabin side of the door respectively, is greater than a pre-determined value.
