PURPOSE: A torque sensor of a steering system is provided to easily mount a bobbin in a gearbox housing and compensate vibration clearance of the axial and radial directions by integrating a spacer unit to the outside of the bobbin. CONSTITUTION: A torque sensor of a steering system is composed of input and output shafts(20,30) connected to each other to rotatively insert and mount in a gearbox housing(10); detecting rings(50) installed to the input shaft, the output shaft, and between the input and output shafts, respectively; a bobbin(60) fixed to the gearbox housing to arrange at both sides of the outer axial direction of the detecting ring; a sensor housing(70) inserted into the gearbox housing and integrated with a spacer unit(71) in the middle to insert and mutually separate the bobbin to both sides; and a tolerance ring(80) interposed between the sensor housing and the gearbox housing to generate elastic force to the radial direction.
