PURPOSE: A duplicating device using a subscriber line interface of a VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) board and a dualizing method thereof are provided to use a service function in an abnormal state of a VoIP board by using an SLT(Subscriber Line Terminal) for maintaining a state of communication. CONSTITUTION: A first and a second audio input/output equipment(201,204) input or output data from or to an analog SLT interface. A first SLT interface includes an H.323 module(210), a LAN interface(220), and a LAN switch module(230) in order to encode and decode the audio data of the first audio input/output equipment, perform an RAS control operation of a user data channel, and transmit call setup data. A second SLT interface includes a system bus interface(205) for sensing an abnormal state of the first SLT interface and a TDM switch control module(240) for applying the input/output audio data to the second audio input/output equipment.
