PURPOSE: A telephone counseling setup box is provided to measure time by a time measuring instrument, and to remove time-consumed numbers, then to continuously use numbers that time measuring functions are not completed, thereby increasing self-control ability of a user and preventing the user from excessively using telephone services. CONSTITUTION: When a user calls a telephone counselor and inputs a counseling number, a telephone counseling setup box controls and measures time for using the counseling number. If the user inputs an optional number of the telephone counseling setup box in order to receive a desired telephone counseling service, a counseling number ID number box and a time measuring instrument of the telephone counseling setup box are interworked together, to operate the telephone counseling setup box. |
