he category of natural oils preferentially comprises the olive oil, avocado oil, hazelnut oil, almond oil, sesame oil, sunflower oil of high oleic acid content, cotton seed oil, cress oil, maize oil, soya oil, palm oil and fractions thereof, coco-palm oil and palm seed oil. The most preferred of natural oils are the olive oil of any type (extra virgin, refined or organic olive oil), avocado oil, almond oil, sesame oil, hazelnut oil and sunflower oil of high oleic acid content. The monoglycerides and triglycerides in use are preferentially derived from nature and saturated fatty acids and the proportion of each one in the final product is ranging from 1% to 10% by weight. The proportion of the oil or oils in the final product is ranging from 70% to 97% by weight, respectively. |
