PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a running performance or the like on ice and snow roads. SOLUTION: At least a part of a tread surface is formed using a slide proofing rubber material containing 2-40 pts.wt. columnar material that has the bottom area of 10<SP>-4</SP>-4.0 mm<SP>2</SP>and the length of 0.1-15 mm and is made of material applying an edge effect to a road surface in the rubber base material of 100 pts.wt. The columnar material orients its longitudinal direction at the angle of 40-90°in relation to the tread surface 3. The tread surface is provided with a first grounding section formed by the slide proofing rubber material and a second grounding section made of a rubber material that does not contain any columnar materials.
