PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler management method for reducing working loads and hours in storage or restoring a boiler. SOLUTION: In storage of the boiler, low concentration chemical solution residing in a condenser 11, a condensing pipe and a deaerator 14 is circulated with chemicals being filled therein to generate high concentration chemical solution. The high concentration chemical solution in the deaerator 14 is supplied to the boiler 17 via a water supply pipe. Then, the concentration of the chemical solution in the boiler 17 is adjusted to high concentration. In restoring the boiler, the high concentration chemical solution is drained from the deaerator 14 and the boiler 17. The concentration of the high concentration chemical solution in the condenser 11 is adjusted to low concentration. The low concentration chemical solution in the condenser 11 is supplied to the deaerator 14 via the condensing pipe. The low concentration chemical solution in the deaerator 14 is supplied to the boiler 17 via the water supply pipe. The high concentration chemical solution pushed out of the condensing pipe and the water supply pipe is drained through drain valves provided in the deaerator 14 and the boiler 17.
