A small and portable stimulator of pressure points on the entire surface of a palm in which as many pressure points of a palm as possible can be stimulated to the maximum, diet health promotion action is exhibited, and training can be performed at any time at any place. The pressure points stimulator comprises a protruding face provided with a large number of protrusions having irregular shape, height, size and hardness with the central part (a1) being swelled to match the palm, rising columns (b, c) telescoping freely, opposite side faces (a) formed of natural rubber, synthetic rubber or a similar elastic substance, a lamp (e) lighting when training operation is accurate, a container (d) disposed at the lower end of the rising columns (b, c) and being injected with water in order to prevent tilting and to reduce the weight at the time of carrying, and a nonslip material provided at the bottom part of the container (d).
