PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a molded product comprising a crystalline thermoplastic resin, capable of developing good physical properties without damaging the original physical properties of the crystalline thermoplastic resin to the utmost by re-molding the crystalline thermoplastic resin controlled in its crystallinity in such a state that the crystal state thereof is left to the utmost, and the molded product. SOLUTION: After an inert gas is dissolved in the crystalline thermoplastic resin (or a mixture with a thermoplastic resin of which the melting point is lower than that of the crystalline thermoplastic resin) controlled in its crystallinity at a temperature lower than the melting point of the crystalline thermoplastic resin, the crystalline thermoplastic resin, in which the inert gas is dissolved, is heated to a temperature lower than its melting point to be shaped. Alternatively, after the crystalline thermoplastic resin (or the mixture with the thermoplastic resin of which the melting point is lower than that of the crystalline thermoplastic resin) controlled in its crystallinity is heated to a temperature lower than that of the crystalline thermoplastic resin, the crystalline thermoplastic resin is shaped at a temperature lower than its melting point while dissolving the inert gas in the crystalline thermoplastic resin.
