PURPOSE: A multi-layer type device for loading and lifting rolls is provided to improve working efficiency and productivity of labor by quickly and safely exchanging and lifting the rolls. CONSTITUTION: A multi-layer type device for loading and lifting rolls is composed of an upper guide body(20) having upper and lower guide rails(21,22), a width control unit, and a roll coupling unit. A lifting cylinder(25) is fixed to the upper center of the upper guide body, and is coupled to the lower surface of a moving block(10) moving on an overhead rail(6). The width control unit includes upper and lower horizontal guides(32a,32b) movably inserted into the upper and lower guide rails, and a drive motor(35) coupled to a pinion gear(34). The roll coupling unit includes a pair of vertical guides(30a,30b) fixed to the lower surfaces of the horizontal guides, and a pair of roll-shaft supports inserted into space units formed at the vertical guides. |
