PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a cleaning device to be easily released from a state in which it is caught, if it is caught in a tubular path by additionally installing an inclined drive mechanism for folding a rotary blade by remote control to detach it from the inner face of the tubular path, in a device consisting of the rotary blade which slides into contact with the inner face of the tubular path and is transferred to scrape off matter sticking to the inner face of the tubular path. SOLUTION: When cleaning the inner face of a water drain 1, a valve 4 for stopping a water current through the water drain 1 and the inclined drive mechanism 7 of a rotary blade 6a is coupled with a cleaning device 6. At the same time, an assembly of a reel device 11 for taking up a hose 10 which concurrently serves as a cord and the hose 10 is thrown into the water drain 1. Next, the rotary blade 6a of the cleaning device 6 comes into contact with the inner face of the water drain 1 and flows downstream rotating by running water from the opened valve 4. Thus the inner face of the water drain 1 is cleaned. If the cleaning device 6 is caught halfway through the water drain 1 to come to a stop, a lever is inclined by closing the valve 4 upstream to transfer a shaft with the help of a pressure drive cylinder. Consequently, a lever is inclined and the rotary blade 6a is kept away from the inner face of the water drain 1 to release the cleaning device from a state that it is caught. |
