METHOD FOR SENSING AND DISPLAYING ABNORMALITY OF POWER IN WASHING MACHINE

PURPOSE: A method for sensing and displaying abnormality of power in a washing machine is provided to sense abnormality of power voltage and display abnormality of power voltage to let a user know abnormality of power voltage. CONSTITUTION: A method for sensing and displaying abnormality of power in a washing machine comprises steps of sensing power voltage through communication with a drive microcomputer(S31); deciding whether the sensed power voltage exceeds a set upper limit value(S32); executing high-voltage warning if the power voltage exceeds the set upper limit value(S33); deciding whether the sensed power voltage is less than a set lowest limit value if the sensed power voltage doesn't exceed the set upper limit value(S34); executing lower-voltage warning if the sensed power voltage is less than the set lowest limit value(S35); and executing a normal washing stroke if the sensed power voltage isn't less than the set lowest limit value(S36).
