摘要 The invention relates to optical communication systems and can be used for digital and analog communication systems for fibre-optical and open communication lines. The inventive method consists in transmitting simultaneously two optical data signals by an optical communication line, receiving and comparing said signals and in eliminating noises and interference. The optical data signals are formed at the output of a non-linear optical element by supplying at least one light emission to the input thereof and modifying the input power, or phase, or frequency of a light emission transmitted at the input of said non-linear optical element, or by modifying an electric or acoustical field applied to said element, the optical switching between two unidirectional distributively coupled waves propagating in said non-linear optical element being provided. Each said wave corresponds to the optical data signal at the output of the non-linear optical element. The data signals are transmitted to a differential amplifier which is embodied in such a way that it is possible to subtract the electric signals, and/or to a correlator which highlights the coincident part of the time dependence of the amplitude of the electrical signals. Said invention increases the noise immunity of a communication line and a signal/noise ratio, ensures a data transmission security and excludes the effect of photoreceiver noises on the data signal reception.
