PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing method by which a polynucleotide present in a specimen is analyzed rapidly and readily. SOLUTION: This analyzing method comprises a step for amplifying a DNA fragment by using the specimen, an oligonucleotide primer labeled at the 5' terminal with a labeling material and an oligonucleotide primer labeled at the 5' terminal with a labeling material same as or different from the oligonucleotide, and a step for analyzing the reaction product obtained at the DNA-amplifying step by using a partner specifically bondable to each of the labeling materials.
