The sea house comprises a base or body (1), an intermediate part for residence (2), a cylindrical upper part (3) with a roof terrace/landing place for small, light helicopters and is placed onn four equal size lowerable and regulatable legs (9,10,11,13) which stand freely from the ground on a stable concrete platform. When the water level rises, the water mass lifts up the house, so that it floats like a boat. Two columns locate firmly in the ground surface, maintaining the house in place. |
