PURPOSE: Assembling structure of a cap for a reservoir tank in a vehicle is provided to prevent overflow of oil by keeping constant pressure with discharging and flowing air according to fluctuation of pressure in the reservoir tank with the double cap, and to reduce the volume by removing the oil remaining space. CONSTITUTION: A cap assembling system of a reservoir tank(100) is composed of a first cap member(210) combined with an oil injection port(110) of the reservoir tank; a second cap member(220) having a chamber(215) flowing air in and out between the first cap member and the oil injection port; and a pressure regulating unit formed in the first cap member and the second cap member to suck and discharge internal air according to fluctuation of internal pressure in the reservoir tank. A lifting valve(310) is guided by a lift guide(225) extended vertically in the lower part of the second cap member, supported by a spring(410), and moved up and down according to pressure change of the reservoir tank to selectively open and close the reservoir tank.
