PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembling of a head body as a water channel formation member having an inside water channel and a head cover covering the head body from the outside to constitute the shower head. SOLUTION: The head body 38 as a channel formation member having an internal channel 52 and the head cover 40 covering the head body 38 from the outside are assembled to constitute a spout head 34. The head cover 40 is formed in a cylindrical shape with a closed front end and an opened rear end and the head body 38 is inserted from the rear end. A fixing claw 74 is provided to elastically get over a fixing protrusion 72 at one of the head cover 40 and the spout head 34 and to elastically get over a fixing protrusion 72 at the other of them.
