PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a see-through decorative material, which can stabilize a printing process and can impart a high-definition pattern, because the printing process for an uneven surface is made unnecessary, which eliminates restrictions on a fine-pattern shape in terms of peelability, and which enables stable production because the manufacturing method is not associated with a process for partially transferring a transfer layer in a finely patterned manner. SOLUTION: After a colored layer 2 including at least a concealing layer 22 is peelably provided on a transparent substrate 1, a fine-pattern layer 3, which is composed of a curing resin, is provided on the colored layer 2, and the colored layer 2 in a place, wherein the layer 3 is provided, is peeled off and removed with the layer 3 from a part on the transparent substrate 1 by using cure shrinkage stress in the curing of the layer 3.
