PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate work for inspecting resistance (fitting force) of a guide pin insertion hole and a fiber insertion hole and improve inspection accuracy. SOLUTION: An insertion hole inspection apparatus 10 of an optical connector has an optical connector holder 30 for holding the optical connector. The work for inspecting the resistance (the fitting force) of the guide pin insertion hole and the fiber insertion hole can be facilitated. The optical connector holder 30 maintains a stable posture. Since a weight member holder 50 is separated from a weight member 40 after the weight member holder 50 supports the weight member 40, the weight member 40 hardly swings when the weight member 40 are hung and the inspection accuracy of the fitting force can be improved.
