PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out a humidity adjusting process in adjusting a paper box to have a water content in a certain range. SOLUTION: This humidity adjusting system 15 comprises a supplying device 16, a heat drying device 17, a humidity adjusting device 18, a collecting device 19, and a delivery device 20. The supply device 16 makes an empty delivery rack 22 hold humidity unadjusted outer cardboards 13 and cardboards 14 for an interior body. The rack 22 is delivered, holding a plurality of cardboards 13 and the cardboards 14, to go through a heat drying process where hot wind is blown by the device 16 and then immediately after this process to go through a humidity adjusting process carried out by the device 18. The device 18 transports and circulates the cardboards in a humidity adjusting space 68 where a humidity setting is controlled in a fixed range.
