FIELD: locksmith's work. SUBSTANCE: the closing device has a support carrying a single-arm lever-handle with a catch and a rotary tie-rod fastened to this lever, the opposite end of the tie-rod carries an adjustable and fixed by a screw pair entry component for engagement of the tie-rod with the support that is also mounted on the support. The rest has a seat, whose axis is located between the axis of turn of the single-arm lever-handle and tie-rod, and the distances from these axes to the device support is in the following relation: h1<h<h2, where h-the distance from the seat axis of the rest, h1- the distance from the axis of turn of the lever handle and h2 - the distance from the axis of turn of the tie rod, the entry component is freely fitted on the tie-rod and made in the form of a cylinder or a polyhedron, its working surface is identical to the surface of the nut of the screw pair engageable with it, and the latch of the working position of the lever-handle is made in the form of a ring hinge-fastened on the opposite end of the single-arm lever-handle and a mating shaped slot in its support.
