The present invention refers to the technical field of agronomy, specifically, in the area of agricultural production; the present new substance increases the quantitative and qualitative production of dry matter in vegetal cultures, thing that is unachievable with a conventional system of production. The invention refers to the procedure for elaborating and obtaining of the homeopathic composition stimulant of vegetal photosynthesis starting from calcium carbonate and sea wormwood in its original shape. The present composition increases the production of seeds and cultures enhancing the quantity and quality of the same in a 100%, when comparing it with the obtained production in cultures where the composition was not employed.
