<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture in bulk at a low cost the third shaping die made of a metal (Ni stamper) which is small in surface roughness Ra and waviness Wa and has uniformity. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises the steps (Fig.A) of fabricating the first shaping die (3) made of a metal from a master substrate by electroforming, fabricating the second shaping die (4) made of an acrylic urethane resin from the above 1st shaping die, and fabricating the third shaping die (6) made of a metal from the above second shaping die (4). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
