<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic reservation alteration system capable of automatically providing a service such as the cancel or alteration of service reservation without requiring any operation by an existing personal digital assistant. <P>SOLUTION: The location information of a communication terminal is stored in a location information memory 20 arranged on a common line signal network, and the reservation information of various services is stored in reservation information databases 40α and 40β of reservation centers 30α and 30β. The reservation information reserved in the reservation centers is respectively managed by a personal reservation information management means 50, and whether or not the reservation contents stored in the personal reservation information management means are executable is decided by a reservation execution deciding means 60 based on the location information in the location information memory 20, and the reservation information of the reservation information database is changed by a reservation changing means 70 according to the decision result of the reservation execution deciding means 60.
