PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste heat utilization system and a waste heat utilization air conditioner capable of utilizing waste heat discharged from a heat generating apparatus in the air. SOLUTION: This waste heat utilization system 1 utilizes waste heat from the heat generating apparatus 2 and is provided with a recovery part 10 and a utilization part 20. The recovery part 10 recovers hot air. The hot air is generated in a prescribed space near the heat generating apparatus 2 by heating with waste heat.
