LAYERED CERAMIC CAPACITOR AND ITS PRODUCING PROCESS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a layered ceramic capacitor in which warping is suppressed as a whole even when it is fired. SOLUTION: Shrinkage timing of internal electrodes 56 and 58 is set earlier than that of ceramic layers 52, 54 and 60 at the time of firing. Outer ceramic layers 52 and 54 are arranged such that the thickness t1 of the outer ceramic layer 52 on the terminal side becomes larger than the thickness t2 of the outer ceramic layer 54 on the back surface side (t1>t2).
