PURPOSE: A device and a method for loading a homepage on a monitor by using a mouse are provided to make a provider get an AD(ADvertisement) effect by offering a mouse making a user always view a homepage of the provider to the user with no charge. CONSTITUTION: A button(11) installed to the mouse(10) makes an instruction to display the homepage to the monitor(30). A timing part(13) operates the mouse if a preset time is passed after a screen of the monitor is stopped. An IC driver(12) outputs a signal for driving a mouse driver(21) of a computer main body(20) by the timing part or a pressing operation of the button. The mouse driver is operated by an output signal of the IC driver. The monitor displays the homepage by the operation of the mouse driver. A fixed homepage address and the instruction to be transferred to the computer main body are stored in the IC driver. |
