<p>The invention refers to a procedure and devices for gravimetric or volumetric filling and checking of filling in the manufacture of multicomponent filled wires which are used as filled rolled profiles in metallurgy and in metallurgy processes of manufacture of various alloys. They are intended for addition of various materials into liquid metals and are also used for welding medium in more demanding welding technologies. The procedure and devices for volumetric filling and checking of filling in manufacture of multicomponent filled wires is designed in such a manner that the set-up production line is planned to be used: in the first stage of technological processing for filling of wire on a strip unfolding device, in the second stage for welding together the strip edges on a welding device, in the next stage of the filling-closing process for reshaping and calibrating of the tubular profile of the already filled wire and in the final stage for winding of thus produced wire into coils.</p> |
