<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shunt resistors which can inhibit an electromagnetic wave from passing through a space formed inside. <P>SOLUTION: The first closure 21 is formed in one unit with the first conductor 2 and bent by nearly 90 degrees to the second conductor 3 side. The first projection 21a is formed by projecting one end of the connection 4 side of the first closure 21 toward the connection 4 side. The second closure 31 is formed in one unit with the second conductor 3 and is bent by nearly 90 degrees to the first conductor 2 side and provided overlapping with non-contact state with the first closure 21.
