SUBSTANCE: proposed adhesive composition contains chloroprene rubber, tetra-methyl-thiuram disulfide, amine vulcanization accelerator: urotropin or diphenylguanidin, resin additive-colophony or isobutyl phenol formaldehyde resin or their mixture, hardening agent-product of interaction of 1-cyanguanidin and formaldehyde taken at 2:1 ratio and organic solvents.
