PURPOSE:To obtain highly reliable products which can be automatically controlled at the prescribed temperature having no effect by ambient temperature by a method wherein the prescribed power is supplied between electrodes. CONSTITUTION:A metal plate 504 is arranged on the lower surface of a resistor element (a PTC element) 501 having a positive temperature coefficient, and an electronic circuit and the like are placed on the 505 region between the electrodes 502 and 503 of the PTC element 501. Accordingly, the fixed operational environment, in which the electronic circuit and the like placed on the region 505 is not affected by environment temperature, can be obtained by bringing the temperature of the region 505 of the PTC element 501 into a uniform state and keep it constant by applying voltage between the electrodes 502 and 503.
