PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and rapidly level the top end face of concrete placed in a form with high accuracy along a chamfer strip. SOLUTION: This concrete top end face leveling apparatus for leveling the top end face of concrete placed in the form along the chamfer strip is provided with a trowel plate brought into contact with a leveled face; a vibrator for vibrating the trowel plate up and down; a handle for operating the trowel plate and adjusting the attitude; a power source for driving the vibrator; and a proceeding direction horizontal guide member placed on the upper face of the chamfer strip movably along the chamfer strip to guide the trowel plate horizontally to the proceeding direction.
