PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for processing a still image photographed by a portable telephone and delivering the process still image to an arbitrary portable telephone. SOLUTION: A photograph is taken by a portable telephone having a photographing function and image data is uploaded to a server (step 44). Generation of a delivery application program is then requested from the portable telephone to the server (step 45). The server generates a delivery application program as requested and records it in the recording area of the server. In the delivery application program, an animation image effect is added to the uploaded image data. Furthermore, a delivery request of a delivery application program including address information is issued from the portable telephone (step 46).
