<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inquiry answering system, an inquiry answering method and an inquiry answering program which efficiently support the answering work of an answerer to the inquiries from customers to avoid to leave the customers waiting for a long time and can change the answering order according to the degree of urgency of the inquiry. <P>SOLUTION: The answering system 1 for dealing with inquiries from customers achieves the purpose mentioned above by having a first answerer's terminal 60 for registering contact address information for making contact with the customers, contents of inquiry from the customer and answer results to the inquiries on a recording means, and a second to n-th answerers' terminals 70, 80 which indicate inquiries to be answered by the second to n-th answerers among inquiries from the customers according to dealing results registered on the recording means for the second to n-th answerers, and register answer results inputted by the second to n-th answerers to the inquiries from the customers on the recording means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
