PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide enough efficiency of development about the development and correction of a computer system. SOLUTION: This operational attribute creation support apparatus includes: a creation updating initial setting screen; an operational attribute storage contents (an operational attribute file) creation screen; an execution sequence defining screen; an action component defining screen; a model source creation correcting screen; and a screen display executing part for controlling the respective screens, wherein an operational attribute file can be created and corrected, a model of source can be created and corrected.
