PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for photographing apparatus whereby a video display section of a photographing apparatus can easily be viewed and which can contain accessories or the like of the photographing apparatus. SOLUTION: The cover 50 is attached to an electronic camera 10 having the video display section such as a liquid crystal monitor or the like. A light shield section 51 of the cover 50 is placed at a position at which the video display section such as the liquid crystal monitor or the like is covered to protect the video display section from suffering damage or the like. For example, when confirming a photographed image or the like displayed on the video display section, the user or the like lifts up the light shield section 51 in a way of turning it around dotted lines shown in Figure as an axis. Thus, the light shield section 51 shades part of external light to form a shadow whereby an image displayed on the video display section can easily be viewed. Further, the cover 50 has a ditty bag 53a or the like to contain accessories of the photographing apparatus such as a spare battery. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
