PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat such as a floor cushion which is made in a bag shape with a crepe-like sheet which forms a mass of irregularities thereon with a laminated embossed sheet of a paper board and a thermoplastic resin layer and has inherent Japanese taste and a good touch, and is inexpensive and easily discarded, suitable for using in the open air and can be utilized as advertising media too. SOLUTION: A crepe-like sheet in which a mass of irregularities is formed by embossing a laminated sheet of a paper board, at least one side of which is made of thermoplastic resin layer, is formed into a bag shape as the thermoplastic resin layer is partially bonded and sealed.
