A system in which a management computer acquires information collected by a monitor terminal through a communication network composed of the Internet and a telephone network and supplies the information to the user who has made an access. The management computer receives an IP address alteration request sent from a specifiable monitor terminal and alters the IP address included in the monitor terminal information registered in a user database through the communication line. Therefore the user database can be quickly updated in accordance with the situation, and consequently the next access by the user can be dealt with instantly, thereby making it difficult for the third party other than a specific user to acquire monitor information from a monitor terminal. |
